Thank you to everyone that contributed to RealSource's Annual Toys-for-Tots drive. Together over 400 new toys were donated and provided to Toys-for-Tots!

RealSource now provides furnished offices by the day, month or year. Office plans include utilities (electricity, water, sewer, garbage), furniture, fax and copier access, broadband Internet access, janitorial service, complimentary coffee and more.

Based on survey results from 2007 and 2008, experienced real estate agents and Realtors® in the metro-Birmingham market are becoming more proactive while inexperienced agent’s level of activity is significantly declining.

RealSource is hosting two real estate networking receptions at its Pelham office in September. The receptions are presented as an opportunity for lenders and real estate agents to make new contacts and foster new business referrals.

A telephone survey recently completed by Birmingham-based RealSource found area Realtors are interested in finding new ways to be efficient in the current market. 

RealSource president Doris Phillips was one of seven invited business owners to meet with Alabama Governor Riley to discuss healthcare and insurance costs.
